Not all that innovative but safe - Design Engineer Extron Electronics Employee Review

Little room to distinguish oneself. Management much too involved in the architecture of products (they don't let the engineers "design". Engineers are more like "implementers". Very old management style Reviews are a joke (more about feelings than facts). Engineers sometimes "step" on each other and nothing is done about it (a form of encouragement).
