If you do what you're told, it's a stable paycheck and great work-life balance.
Cons
Benefits are a below average. Not horrible. If you want to grow, excel, or do something impactful this place is not for you. The people (ego and politics) at most levels get in the way. This creates an unsafe working environment that wears on productivity.
