Unlimited time off and remote work

Cons

Everyone is very overworked due to short-staffing post layoffs. Management is not all that competent and struggling. Everything is last minute and urgent. It used to be a great place to work but no longer. Very disappointing.

I had an amaizing expirience through out my interview process as well as my time as an intern there. The interviews were very conversational. And the work culture seems nice.

The team is great! Honestly one of the best collogues I've worked with for a long time. Everyone is willing to help and point you to the right direction

Cons

No Growth. Compensation changes year to year and its inconsistent
