Pros

- People on the ground are friendly - Benefits are good and flexible working - Commission and salary is good for certain departments (once you get equal pay) - Generally left to do your job

Cons

- Management don't help with any personal development - Lack of opportunities within certain teams for career development. - Company try to push US mentality globally which doesn't work - Slow to change - Very top heavy with management and not enough people on the ground - Lack of communication internally for problems/products/teams - Too focused on copying competition and devaluing their products to make a sale. - Call to action is different to what the company want. Too busy focused on Revenue rather than development and customer/partner experience. - Maternity/Paternity is statutory - needs to improve.
