Pros

Working hours are a plus People are nice to each other Management cares more about their own promotion than the progress of their teams Yearly bonus Decent salaries

Cons

Apparently this company does not consider technical trainings so important, had 2 days of training the first year We are expected to study by ourselves until we reach a certain level, then maybe could be some training Small teams with people who support multiple technologies to save company money A level of chaos should be expected when first joining until familiarizing, as noone receives coaching

Thank you for your Glassdoor review. For training- technical or otherwise- we did choose to provide training online or self-paced. It is not because we do not care. Self-paced training provides just-in-time learning and refreshers to an employee as he/she needs it, in their time zone. They don't have to wait for a minimum number of students before a class can be conducted. We acknowledge that method of training may not be ideal for very person. We hope that managers and team members will help fill in the blanks.
