      Great Engineers. End of Week Social Events. Flex time.

      Cons

      A few Managers (ones that have been there a few years) are not open to newer folks and their ideas. Hard for some new engineers to connect with others. Sales are weak resulting in insecure work environment.

      Pros

      I had an amaizing expirience through out my interview process as well as my time as an intern there. The interviews were very conversational. And the work culture seems nice.

      They have creative products and solutions

      Cons

      Company out of touch with employees and salaries. I have been with the company for 20 + years with no promotion or sizable raise. Time off is never approved, and a 50-hour work week is common.
