      Decent company to work for though constantly struggling to maintain it's place in the Ethernet switching market. Most personnel know their business inside out.

      Cons

      Continued changes in senior level management and direction of the company make it difficult to grow revenue and customer base.

      I had an amaizing expirience through out my interview process as well as my time as an intern there. The interviews were very conversational. And the work culture seems nice.

      They have creative products and solutions

      Cons

      Company out of touch with employees and salaries. I have been with the company for 20 + years with no promotion or sizable raise. Time off is never approved, and a 50-hour work week is common.
