      Good pay (at least for me) Friendly colleagues

      Cons

      Super unorganized. Was only there for 5 months and it was really unclear who did what and how to do things. The people who were there way longer didn’t even seem to know. Seemed slow paced and outdated.

      I had an amaizing expirience through out my interview process as well as my time as an intern there. The interviews were very conversational. And the work culture seems nice.

      They have creative products and solutions

      Cons

      Company out of touch with employees and salaries. I have been with the company for 20 + years with no promotion or sizable raise. Time off is never approved, and a 50-hour work week is common.
