      Good company strategy but not well implemented in the regions.

      Cons

      Managers and companies need to understand that they are valuable because they have their reports doing the job. They might be more "human". Persons make the difference. That'a the real asset of any organization.

      I had an amaizing expirience through out my interview process as well as my time as an intern there. The interviews were very conversational. And the work culture seems nice.

      The team is great! Honestly one of the best collogues I've worked with for a long time. Everyone is willing to help and point you to the right direction
