Pros

Exposure to music and music industry.

Cons

No one knows what they are doing here and they like to keep it that way. Everyone is sold their own lie and they gaslight you at every turn. The musicians fight for their work in an unhealthy way that just exploits them in the end. They are some shady characters. Extreme and Bleeding Fingers and owned by Sony but Steve Kofsky runs the place like a slumlord. The buildings are OSHA tinder boxes.

Pros

Nobody is happy working there

Cons

1. Poor Leadership & Lack of Direction Constant changes with no clear vision. Micromanagement or absentee leadership. Leaders who blame instead of lead. 2. Unhealthy Communication Gossip is rampant. Passive-aggressive emails or meetings. No psychological safety to speak up. 3. Burnout Culture Regular overtime is the norm. You feel guilty for taking breaks or sick days. High turnover but no change in expectations. 4. Lack of Respect & Recognition Contributions go unnoticed. Disrespectful behavior is tolerated. Promotions or opportunities are biased or unclear. 5. Hostility or Harassment Bullying, exclusion, or inappropriate comments. Complaints are ignored or punished. HR protects the company more than the people. Planning a Professional Exit Strategy Getting off at the next "station" means leaving intentionally—not just 🎉do that with integrity
