-Meet some amazing people, while working here.
-Management was approachable, ability to work independently, good vibes
-Learned a lot, taught me better time management skills as deadlines need to be met.
Cons
-Not a career. My advice is to get the experience and leave if the opportunity presents itself.
-Pay is lackluster.
-No benefits.
-Personally, I felt there was no growth, if I stayed.
-Lack of communication within departments, dealing with constant changes, lack of support, lack of direction, etc...
