      One pro is that the pay is very good for the hours that you and the employees get paid weekly

      Cons

      One con is that the hours are very long and the break is very short. Another con is that they don’t even give you a stable shift time and they aren’t considerate for the background of people

      Pros

      Easy to pick up work when you need, Friendly environment, Always willing to help

      Cons

      Hours are not promised, zero hour contract so its quite balanced but it can be a bit hard during quiet seasons to get jobs. Holiday pay is worked out based on how many weeks you're in the company so you get very little on paid holiday days instead of the full rate of one full day.
