- Bad HR Officer. Never ever complete any of ALLOTTED tasks on time, Won't reply to your mails & queries untill you keep any senior person(CEO/ Delivery head) in cc in your mail. Previous HRs were good (And even current HR recruiter is also good) . - New HR changed many processes by herself and now, she herself is unable to work as per them. - Non tech. Folks from management give illogical timelines. - Bringing back old seniors is good but some of them think they are only consultant and won't do anything except giving illogical technical views on call. - One developer/QA needs to work on multiple process at a time. No proper process. - managers will take their hands off if anyone from team commit a mistake or team is stuck any where - FNF & Papers are not provided on time. On asking for it, Treated rudely by HR & Management.
