I like the fact the qualifications to promote in each phase is laid out for us. We had orientation and given a print out going over each level and expectations. We had hands on training by the Ceo herself. She set me down and asked me what my goals were. We set a plan of action for me to get to the next level and because of that I had direction and got promoted in 3 weeks of starting with the company. Now we have reset our goals and I am going for the next level of our business. We get our schedules 3 days in advance and she has open communication so that if we have docs appt we can communicate that to her and she can set the schedule around our needs. She was very hands on with training working side by side with us and recapping every day to see how we can improve the next day. I have never been able to make the kind of money that I make here and don't think that this type of education could have been accomplished in any school. I love that she is transparent with her experience and the business as a whole. I am inspired to come to work everyday because Chacacon holds herself accountable to everything that she expects from her team. I didn't expect that. Most bosses just say and don't do. She walked the walk.

No health insurance but she gave us all the resources needed to acquire it and gives us weekly bonuses to help pay for any expenses as long as we are compliant with doing the right things.

The schedule is put out 3 days in advance and is flexible and easy to read and confirm. The clock in clock system is easy to use. Bonuses are given by the CEO. The staff is helpful and training made me feel confident and always had a got o person. I like the income this opportunity provides me. The manager was very down to earth set clear expectations in orientation and gave me a print out of everything we discussed. I APPRECIATE THAT THERE IS OPEN COMMUNICATION. I don't have to live paycheck to paycheck. I have been able to grow in short time and there was and is no favoritism or clicks. I appreciate the he amount of money I make compared to my last few jobs. I cant wait to see what I accomplish in a few more months from now!

None really. The only time I saw people have issues here is when they don't pay attention in orientation or training then try to blame others. The dos and dont's, training, schedule, and expectations were laid out in orientation. I work weekends but its because its where I found that I was the most successful so I chose to and weekend days are short.
