      This is a small company but continually growing and evolving. There is always a need to hire for new postitions and/or promote from within. If you are hardworking, willing to learn, flexible, open-minded, honest and motivated, you will do very well and be recognized for your hark work.

      Cons

      If you are not a team player, you will not succeed here. Change can happen quickly, so if you cannot adapt easlily, you will not be happy here.

      You work with people of many nationalities, and clients from different countries, the owners are always involved with all happened in the agency,

      Cons

      I have had to extend my working hours to serve clients due to schedule changes with other countries or customer availability. for me it is ok. I love to assist people.

      -The office manager (Tracy) -Opportunities to travel for conferences -Exposure to International customers and staff

      Cons

      - Minimal opportunities for growth/promotions. A lot of favoritism. - The CEO sometims loses composure with his staff -Pay is not that great -Almost no opportunities to get overtime
