      There are LOTS of opportunities for promotions, bonuses, and commissions if you work hard. Extranomical is a tight group and you always feel comfortable asking for help. If you want to advance quickly in a place where your work will not only be appreciated, but also rewarded-- this is a job where you can thrive. If you like good coffee and fun happy hour events, they've got you covered there too.

      Cons

      Company is in hyper-growth, so there are a few growing pains

      Pros

      The CEO & VP are generous and are also very flexible with scheduling. If you do a great job, they will take care of you. The job is fun, but the days are long. You will meet people from all over the world. It was the best company I have worked for in my 43 years of employment.

      Cons

      Long days. Sometimes, guests can be challenging. Doing tours in bad weather can be difficult, but doable.

      Fun and exciting job, get to travel to National Parks and around the Bay area.
