Pros

On the surface, the place seems alright. Until you realize that leadership only cares about themselves. Pros: -ergonomic office -plenty of free snacks -regular office parties -some good clients and interesting work -a few wonderful, talented people

Cons

Cons: -arrogant "boys club" is in charge -dishonest leadership, routinely lied to clients to make themselves look better (can you really call yourselves data-driven if you make up the data?) -poor work-life balance -high turnover and frequent fires leads to poor morale -no career development -overpromises on contracts and staff is left to work long hours

Pros

The best part of Extractable is the team. Everyone is friendly, helpful, and supportive to those in need of help. I was new to the banking sector when I started and now feel like I'm an expert in the industry. The projects are challenging and the team comes together to meet the goals.

Cons

Work bleeds over into your personal time when the deadlines are approaching. I've worked several nights and weekends over the past few months. Most of the clients are great - but there are few ones I could have skipped.

Pros

Management cares about the company and the team. They've been a digital agency for 19 years and understand how to keep a small consulting team going. As an employee you're given a lot of autonomy which is great if you're wiling to run your own course. Work life balance is great especially for an agency. There is not a common agency mentality of trying to get everything out of someone and then move on. They work hard to try and balance the cycles of work for everyone. Great people who really care about their work. The people are also great to hang out with after work.

Cons

Because management is often working through planning I think it can feel like they aren't communicating. The cycles of work at a smaller agency can be tough for many people. You often have too much work or not enough work. But this is true at any smaller agency / company.
