Pros
Lots of great people work there, but after my experience I just feel sorry for them. Soon the pop culture bubble will burst and a lot of really talented individuals will be out of a job with it.
Cons
The chain of command is completely broken. Absolutely immature clique environment. Trained and supervised in a very disorganized and demeaning way by someone that had never managed or trained anyone and had never been in charge of even one employee before. Asked to work entirely off the clock for all after hour chat line business equalling over 40 more hours of “on call” availability on top of my 40 hour work week as part of the job requirements which is 100% illegal in the state of Colorado. I voluntarily left a very stable management and presidential assistant position with full benefits and paid time off to come work for Extract Labs because I am very passionate about the industry and the help it can bring many people. I gave them all of my dedication and hard work for the entire time I was there, which ended up being a whole two weeks! During that brief time management went on two out of state business trips and I was left in charge of my department. I was ok with this and was eagerly learning and had nothing but very positive feedback from all customers and other employees during this time period. When leadership returned from the second trip I was accused of making cash mistakes that were proven to not be not be mine after I was treated very unprofessionally multiple times while trying to become familiarized with the very detailed position. I was then informed by a member of management that they had discussed this with all other members of management and decided that I did not fit in and would immediately have to leave the premises. No explanation whatsoever was given and when I attempted to speak with upper management I was ignored and told they had no time to talk to me either. I was told if I had questions I could email them to the very person I was being bullied by and told to leave because of. I’m now unemployed with no insurance and absolutely no just cause. I would never that suggest anyone believe this is a good company to support as an employee or customer. Only wish I would have read the other reviews here before quitting my real job for this lie.
