Pros
Its full of great people and an easy going atmosphere. They have been around for a while so they are not really a startup anymore, but they still have some of that startup feeling.
Cons
Its not a massive company, so you cant expect there to be someone filling in each of your needs. Your going to have to wear a lot of hats.
