None. What was once a great company is on a fast downhill spiral. Don’t bother joining unless you want to be taken advantage of and treated like garbage
Cons
Leadership is terrible, treated employees terribly during the multiple layoffs and are simply numbers on a spreadsheet. This is why top performers are leaving. Good luck getting paid commissions properly. Benefits are woeful compared to other vendors.
