Pros

If u went to right outlet with good manager, you arrive heaven otherwise your life will be hell. Quite standard in a way

Cons

The company like to allocate the outlets as far as possible from where you stay, so you expect to spend an hour to travel via public transport. SOP is subjective by facilities manager , so if you are been transferred you have to learn all over again .

Pros

Professional & efficient human resources department.

Cons

I would not recommend my worst enemy to join this organization. Beyond the facade of its glamorous media coverage (its acquisition by APG Asset Management N.V. (APG) & CapitaLand Investment Limited (CLI), it is an abomination. Expect constant shifting goalposts, workplace bullying & abuse, infighting for sales, and incompetent rubber stamps for Operations Managers* (they actually need four in Singapore) in the Operations Department in particular if you do ultimately decide to join this organization. The particular one I was subordinate to has zero independent thought of his own and relies entirely on the one-sided opinions and decisions of his immediate subordinates—the Facility Managers—to operate. Speaking of Facility Managers, expect your work life to be either hellish or tolerable depending on which facility/outlet/branch you end up with. I unfortunately got the short end of the stick & consequently received one hell of a ride. Expect prejudice, malice, temper tantrums, uncouth conduct, and everything you would associate with the Devil's spawn. Expect unjustified blame if the sales figures slumps, expect the morally questionable practice of hard selling, and expect to be mistreated, & micromanaged every step of the way; oh and expect asinine interpretations of both spoken & written language too. Draw out a mind map of the words you intend to convey and always keep records of each & every single instance of communication lest they get misconstrued to be used against you as ostensible 'supporting material' in formal appraisements. Expect to be disillusioned. Expect a toll on your mental health. Expect a visit to a psychiatrist. Do not lower your guard, do not fall prey to the rosy picture, and be afraid. Be very afraid.
