Pros
Extol is very understanding of family time. Once you leave work it doesn't follow you home. The pay is very competitive if you are hourly.
Cons
In my opinion, management/leadership is slow to change with times. Everyone looks out for themselves and quick to complain about what other coworkers are doing. Luckily I was able to avoid those issues but, I seen it happen often to others. It was not a challenging work place for me.
