Premises are well positioned in the city, there is a good relationship between employees and management, and things are usually very relaxed and easy-going. There are teambuilding events every few months, and of course, free coffee.
Extia is indirectly involved in many different fields of computer science so you can meet people you wouldn't normally run into in those offices.
Cons
The diversity of work done from Extia is also a weakness - unless you work in a very common field or with very common technology you likely will be on your own for improving your skills.
