IT is horrible - Anonymous employee Exterran Employee Review

Management is awful, generally have no clue what they are doing other than creating a toxic environment. I was told managers actually watch all employees even those that don't report to them to see when they are arriving and leaving. Change control process is a joke. Too much time spent on monitoring activities that aren't reviewed by auditors. Not enough time spent actually helping the business become more efficient.
