Nice company and great culture - Software Trainee Extern Labs Employee Review

No pros. Worst company I have ever worked with.

I had a very bad experience working with this company. The management, especially Anirudh, doesn’t communicate properly and treats employees poorly, almost like slaves. If you are thinking of joining, I strongly recommend you don’t. The company is not professional at all and struggles to works without Gpt. They also mislead their clients by outsourcing work to other companies while pretending those people are part of their own team. They claim the person is experienced and professional, but in reality, someone else is doing the work behind the scenes. This feels dishonest and like they are scamming their clients
