      Lot of freedom in how much you can earn, good team

      Cons

      The pay was very inconsistent, you would get a bonus per appointment but some appointments that previously you got paid for, would not get paid.

      Great working environment. A lot of opportunity for bonuses/commission. Management does a great job training employees to maximize their success. A lot of opportunity to grow within the company.
