The new owner is great. He cares for his employees and tries to aid them in whatever they need to be as productive as possible. There is a lot of opportunity for upward mobility if you have a good work ethic and know your job. Overall, it’s a great company on its way up and into 2021 and beyond.
Cons
The previous owner (and founder) is still around even though he was supposed to be gone a while ago. Having him still in the picture is holding this company back, in my opinion.
