Pros
There are some brilliant benefits. We get paid well in the main. We are a living wage employer and pay the London rate across all our UK offices - that's pretty cool. The London offices are mind blowingly good. We do an incredible amount of work on mental health - there will always be a stigma but we have trained 80% of our entire business to be "aware".
Cons
The leadership needs to be a little more diverse, it's quite white and male. It's working but could improve. We are ahead of the competition on some things, but we could be leading not just in our industry but everywhere. Be brave, be bold. We are such a great business, you just need to believe it too!
