Pros

Sent check in a timely manner

Cons

I work full time as a network engineer and will occasionally take contracts that last a few hours taking a day off from work because of my seniority and the amount of time off I've accumulated affords me that right. I expect that when I enter into an agreement for compensation, it is honored. This was not the case with this vendor they ripped me off by only paying me for 2 hours when the agreement was for a flat rate of 4 hours regardless of how long the work actually took which in my case was close to 4 hours

Pros

Nothing good about this company

Cons

Predominantly hires students, seemingly to capitalize on those less likely to demand competitive salaries or benefits. No Benefits: The company offers no benefits, which is highly unusual and disappointing in today's job market. Pay Below Market Standard: Compensation at Externetworks is noticeably lower than the industry average, making it difficult to feel valued as an employee. No Salary Increments: There are no increments or financial growth opportunities, regardless of performance or tenure, which is demotivating. Lack of Career Advancement: There is little to no opportunity for professional growth or advancement within the company, leaving employees feeling stuck in their current roles. Unreasonable Expectations: The company expects far too much from its employees while offering minimal support or rewards in return, leading to a stressful and unrewarding work environment.
