I agree. Being a relatively smaller company we end up having to deal with multiple tasks at the same time across multiple projects. This situation will get better as we re-structure and scale both in people and size of projects.

Thanks a lot for your review and feedback. If this is your perception then we have failed in some fundamental ways to ensure that we are aligned to our values and culture. I will work hard to make course corrections but let each of us also take responsibility as upholding the culture is your responsibility too as much as mine. Through my New Year note sent to all of you I tried to ensure that I acknowledge the contributions made by each person individually in as objective a manner as possible. I know that certain functions like support may not get the same level of acknowledgement as others which we will correct. As we grow larger we need to ensure that we are all pillars and the foundation holding our culture together. Let us discuss some of the specific data points which made you feel the way you did so that we can make the overall alignment more effective. We should not be a company where there is 'management' and then there is others. In fact I don't even know who is 'management' and who is others at ET. Leadership should be like the harmony dance that Lee taught us. Depending on context and initiative different people lead and others follow. That should be our culture. But to make that happen each of us need to hold hands with the other to be the foundation of ET. That will resolve such issues in a fundamental way. On your comment on work pressure I have mixed feelings. We are going through an enormous growth phase. This brings lots of opportunities to all of us to learn and improve our skills, a career path that few companies in India can give to the extend that we do. If we want to become world class professionals then pressure and hard work will have to be companions in the journey. We try and balance the work pressure through so many of our employee engagement activities. Once again let us discuss specifics in your context so that we are able to address your issue on this front.
