Pros
Amazing culture, great brand, opportunity to develop your personal brand. There are some amazing people there: the Operations Manager is the best kind of human, the Office Administrator is kind, friendly and goes out of her way to help the team and the Professional Admin team, as a whole are made up of incredibly hard workers who are genuinely passionate about the business. Their salaries are fair and they make it very easy for Staffing Professionals to make money (and lots of it)!!! The CEO makes sure that there is work life balance. The culture really is the best of any company I've worked for.
Cons
The benefits are not great (but it is a very small company and some companies don't offer any benefits). There is one person on the team who is incredibly difficult to work alongside. Some action is taken when brought up to the CEO, but not enough that there is an actual difference seen and because of that - they lose good people.
