      Pros

      Absolutely none. Terrible organization. Wouldn't say anything good about them and never will. I literally go out of my way to tell all my former classmates looking for a job to never use Extension.

      Cons

      The account manager lied multiple times to me and my prospective employer. With all the lies and poor communication, it led to the employer rescinding their offer after they found out the account manager lied and ultimately cost me a very promising job.

      Pros

      Great team of people who are motivated and work hard. Leaders are transparent, open to feedback, progressive with staying ahead of the curve, and responsive. Lots of opportunities to grow and advance.

      Cons

      It is what you make it. You need to work hard and be motivated to be successful. The industry is hard, so people need to be prepared to ride the highs and lows that come with that.
