as with most jobs now, you no do not accrue time which is broken down between sick/ vacation/ holiday/ personal. You get a set number of days off to be used throughout the year. Management is accommodating with time off requests which is a positive !

Occasionally let you work from home

Extended home care/ Girling home care. They have very poor management, no structure. The company needs to hire people with actual knowledge in HR. They use you until they don’t need you and dump you. They do not value their employees at all. I’ve known people who have been there over 6 years with no pay increase. There’s no employee handbook and they give no termination letters when being let go. Very unprofessional. Save yourself from that company.
