      On time salary credit. Makes sure that VAs get it efficiently and timely (at times even earlier). Provides internet allowance. A lot of work opportunities under a full WFH set up. Paid US holday with PTO after several months. Opportunity to work and create wider network with seasoned professionals.

      Cons

      Better HMO. More training. Level up benefits to he at par with other VA companies.

      Pros

      I had a smooth recruitment and onboarding process with them. They offer PTOs, paid US holidays, and HMO.

      Cons

      Like any agency without a PH entity, you're considered a contractor so you don't get any government-mandated benefits like SSS and PhilHealth. There's also a time tracker.
