      Fairly flexible hours. As long as you get your work done, they leave you alone.

      Not much direct supervision, but I do have a clear chain of command.

      They keep buying product lines like a drunk sailor on payday; so there is plenty of work (the kind of work other companies want to get rid off).

      Cons

      Management is more and more into micro-managing; but they have little knowledge or experience.
