Horrible Culture in the Houston office - Anonymous employee Expro Employee Review

Upper Management needs re-education on being human No Pay Raise for 8 (yes 8 YEARS) plus right before they filed bankruptcy, employees had to take 2 weeks unpaid leave 2 times! And yet, the upper management received bonuses both years! ( yes, seriously!) Pay is dependent on who you know Some Middle Managers are paid less than people who "work" for them Some People take advantage of management obliviousness and work at most 4 hours a day without repercussions. The executive team sits behind locked closed doors with no interaction with the mere working class. Sexist environment
