When underperforming individuals are given excessive chances without showing significant improvement, it can lead to a sense of unfairness among those who consistently put in the effort and excel in their roles. It's also a disappointment to see bad performers take advantage of such an approach and bad-mouth their manager online due to their own lack of capability after departing the company.
