Pros
The company has a good benefits package and good IT support. There is room for personal growth and advancement for those willing to work very hard and very smart. Working conditions are good (work space, ventilation, lighting) and the copier & fax equipment is as good as it gets, for a company still using fax pools vs. PC fax capabilities.
Cons
There is a high level of turnover, which places a drag on everybody's productivity when trying to "spread the work" to cover a dark desk. The bonus or commission plan changes frequently, making it difficult to anticipate or project any kind of personal income planning. The directives from management change so frequently, that it's difficult to find a good personal productive stride. Everything is Top-Down; ideas from sales people are dismissed without discussion.
