      Pros

      Great industry experience that looks good on paper, especially working on the sales team. Can be good for entry-level on the customer service end.

      Cons

      Toxic work environment severely lacking in leadership and oversight. Owners hire friends and friends of friends so boundaries are blurred and there’s no impartial HR department to refer to. Office conversation is combative and unprofessional, often bordering on harassment.

      Happy hour everyday so you can take a break from HELL lol

      Cult atmosphere. High school behavior and drama. Upper management doesn't know their head from *** The CEO needs to cut his freaking hair and have a reality check on what's happening. If you don't make them several millions, they could care less about you. Leads suck. Insurance is expensive. Management taking behind employees backs and about private things is very disgusting. I could go on and on........
