I have been working for the company for 13 years. great company to work for. Company keeps up-to-date on new tractors and technology. The owner has a open door policy if employees have any questions or and concerns.

The other drivers and the managers and owners were really great. Good steady customers. XM radio in all the trucks. Some new trucks. Paperless logs. Fully paid health insurance. That is a big one for some people, my wifes job covers my insurance so not so much for me.

As far as pay goes, you start off below the industry average then get a couple of good raises the first year and then you never get a raise again. Guys that had been there 8 and 10 years were making the same as one year drivers, for a local job that is terrible. One week of vacation per year and that is all they want to you take. Seems like they don't respect the drivers that stay a while and that is who they should be giving raises and such.
