Pros
If you do your job right, there's a fairly steady commission. There's plenty of opportunity to move around the company. Got along pretty decent with fellow employees.
Cons
Management. Both departments I worked in didn't have great management. One couldn't decide if he wanted to be the good guy or the villain, and the other one babied her existing employees while anything that slightly inconvenienced them was a slight against newer employees (aka me). They also went through employees quite quickly in the call center portion as most people couldn't hack it. Most didn't last more than 6 months to a year.
