Always feeling sick to my stomach for telling so many lies to the customers. Sell the cheapest carpet for the highest cost is pretty much our duty. Threatened by unhappy customers on a daily basis. This company is a joke, and I dont know why I am still working here. Buyer beware. I have this one customer who paid for carpet, and it's been over a year in trying to get it replaced - bad fibers and bad install. We made three attemps to reinstall the new carpet, unfortunately our computer measurments are always cutting cost effective corners creating issues for the installers.

Nothing, no company is perfect but Express Flooring cares about it's people from the ground up. Everyone is treated with value and respect.
