Pros
Express is a good company to work for because they really do try and strive to put people to work. Express is always looking to expand and do the next best thing.
Cons
Each Express location is owned by Franchisees. That means that each location is different in how they do business and the processes. The one that I worked for did not allow for much creativity and the owner did not like to actually do work. He was a terrible boss and was more interested in his personal life than being at work and helping the team out.
