Pros
Fantastic company, wonderful training and resources. Franchise model is great, you get to make a direct contribution to your office, however each office runs differently.
Cons
If you get to work at an office where the franchise owner is compassionate, cares about your work/life balance, and understands how demanding and stressful this job is and they fairly compensate you, then awesome. However, some owners dont seem to value the hard work their employees put in. Being in a leadership position, a highly successful producer, and loyal to the company for over 4 years, it's ridiculous that my base salary is still at $40k. I havent received an annual review in over 2 years. No merit increase or cost of living increase. I currently do interviews for internal applicants that are being offered the same starting salary as I am. This job is incredibly demanding and the least they can do is fairly compensate their employees, especially when they're so transparent about how much money they're making each year as owners.
