Pros

Connected me with a job, that's all.

Cons

Where to start? No benefits, although they are mentioned in handbook - not sure where these benefits are available. Pay less than company you work for offers to pay - they pay according to their own Express rates. Will not pay for stat holidays unless company you are working for agrees to incur this extra cost - Express is your actual employer and they are responding for stat holiday pay. Inconsistencies in the minimum time you are to be employed by Express - varies from employee to employer contract. Unsure of which on they use. Like to keep you under the Express umbrella for as long as they can - lose income once company hires you directly. Easy big money for Express to keep you with them. They take a huge chunk for providing your services to the company you work for. Would never work for Express again, other employment agencies are better.

Pros

I have a hard time saying anything good about this place. If I had to say something, there was room to grow into different positions.

Cons

Small office space Toxic workplace Gossiping constantly about one another When I was given something to do with socials, I was told Im not doing enough for recruiting. Would switch to solely focus on recruiting and then told Im not doing enough for socials. I was always put in a lose lose situation with what was expected of me in my job. I was threatened over a parking space. When I tried talking to management I was dismissed. Unprofessionalism, coworkers would openly talk bad about candidates. With a small office space everyone can hear including people who came into interview. Highly disorganized I could go on and on...
