Pros

I was a full time recruiter in Centennial, so not a review for the company as a whole, I suppose. They have a process for everything and continuous training. I was allowed a different schedule after I asked for one. Lots of interaction with people in and out of office setting. They check up on their contractual workers and make an effort for the most part. It's fun working with both clients and employees. My manager was nice.

Cons

You have to handle urine drug tests. My first day as an actual employee I did hiring paperwork with a co-worker who barely made eye contact and no casual conversation. I was then put at my desk to do all day training on the computer and had one check in. After I was allowed to change my schedule, I was still asked to stay late at least three nights a week. No retirement plan. Poor benefits. Poor commission structure compared to other agencies. Unless you start out as a receptionist or plan to own a franchise there is very little room for growth. No base salary growth.

Pros

The owner, Jessica, is fantastic as is the sales manager, Kirby. It can be a fun environment and putting people in a position to succeed is always rewarding.

Cons

Employees are not held to any sort of reasonable professional standard. Where it directly impacted this role at the time was that at least 25 hours every week were spent essentially begging employees to turn in time cards rather than doing anything productive. Standards seemed pretty inconsistent at times. The company felt a little aimless. There were several conflicting plans for the future. My understanding is that in the six months after my separation, they more or less replaced the entire staff for various reasons. Maybe they got it figured out now.
