Pros

The one time in a month they talked to me, I was offered a job well outside the hours available. Try another location. I wouldn't suggest trying this one. So I guess ignoring that it was full time and I only have a schedule allowing part time, and ignoring that the offer was outside of my availability... they did offer a job? I suppose that's a pro.

Cons

This place wasted my time. I told them my availability right off the bat. They still had me come down, still had me spend a couple hours doing testing and paperwork. Told me I gave them more than enough to go on, though I had a lot more I could have given them. Then "the new person sent a "try again in a few months" email on accident." I gave a bad review when I got the email, which is the only time they've reached out to me for any reason. They never took my email out of their spam filter, so I always had to use a secondary spam catcher email to communicate because I can't remember any messages left resulting in a callback. And the one time in a month they talked to me, I was offered a job well outside the hours available. Try another location. I wouldn't suggest trying this one.

Pros

The owner, Jessica, is fantastic as is the sales manager, Kirby. It can be a fun environment and putting people in a position to succeed is always rewarding.

Cons

Employees are not held to any sort of reasonable professional standard. Where it directly impacted this role at the time was that at least 25 hours every week were spent essentially begging employees to turn in time cards rather than doing anything productive. Standards seemed pretty inconsistent at times. The company felt a little aimless. There were several conflicting plans for the future. My understanding is that in the six months after my separation, they more or less replaced the entire staff for various reasons. Maybe they got it figured out now.
