Pros
To be honest, nothing is good about this company. Since this company doesnt have a hierarchy. so whatever you do, would be judged wrongly, misinterpreted wrongly most of the times. They will no doubt pay you well while getting hired. Once you join the company, you actually get to know the reality of company. Top Management only listens to feedback given by client. In case, you want some stability in your career path, please dont ever join this company. In case, you are on a project, you will definitely get good learning.
Cons
They only listen to the clients and they have worst clients who misbehave and abuse the employees who so ever works at the client side. One of their clients is based out at Thane and he literally absuses using wrong language and CEO knows about this and still these people dont have the audacity to talk to the Client. This company is only concerned about their billing and cash flow. There were employees who literally cried in front of management and management was least concerned about the morale of their employees. They dont have professional HR as they themselves do not have clarity about HR policy. HR is very insensitive towards employee personal issues. This company is really small and hence, facts and figures about your performance is tend to get twisted by your managers.
