Pros
Like another post said on here, they initially seem great, they offer good PTO and healthcare with a flexible work schedule to work remotely. Most team members are very nice and provide support as needed.
Cons
They will terminate through an email and erase you like you never existed. This happened twice until it happened to me. They laid off over 15 employees without a valid reasoning besides “budget cuts.” You are an at-will employee so they don’t actually have to give you a reason.
