Pros
Initially a cool place to be, everyone seemed to vibe together & communication wasn’t lost, growth opportunities seemed fruitful.
Cons
You can go from being promoted quickly & kicking butt according to nonexistent goals but verbal confirmation, then spend $$$ to head into the office for training only to get let go with no explanation “for legal reasons” days later. On top of this, they’ll inform their former colleagues that any further contact is prohibited and any outreach from the employee must be delegated to leadership.
